How to use this tool
Use it before a shift, after a release, or whenever the floor display and physical line appear to disagree.
Use all lines for a system check or one line to reduce the evidence to a specific physical flow.
The report reads current records and independently rebuilds ownership, route, queue, quality, and timing state.
Red means stop and investigate. Amber means review soon. Green means no contradiction was detected by these rules.
Include the rule name, MO or unit, record IDs, run time, and request ID when asking for a correction.
