Start or queue.
If the line is available, start it. If another MO is active, queue this one behind it. MRPeasy remains read-only.

Confirm and work at your workstation
Open Production → My workstation.
Select the line. For an MO using a saved line setup, the Line Lead assigns your physical workstation. Check its name, then choose I am at this station. Runs that allow self-assignment show eligible open positions instead; claim only a position you are qualified to use.

If no eligible position appears, stop.
Ask the Line Lead to check your assignment, qualification, and the selected setup. Use the computer registered to that physical workstation. The Windows workstation app must be running where computer registration is enforced; another browser or computer does not change your assignment.

Verify the MO and parts.
Match each physical part number to the approved part list for your operation.

Start the workstation.
Scan a unit and complete the assigned operation. When a battery is in hand, use Report issue with this battery; its serial is locked and Quality hold is the normal path for the battery, cells, or other valuable material needing review. Without a battery, Report damaged loose material appears only at operations assigned loose stock. Choose whether it came from the workstation bin, a prepared kit, or incoming material. Every damaged-part counter starts at 0; increase only the affected parts, using whole numbers. Watch your unit count, average cycle, and current cycle timer.

Finish a unit at the last operation.
The product route—not the operator—defines the final operation. A workstation marked Final operation automatically counts the unit complete when its operator scans and chooses Finish item. For additional finishing capacity, the Line Lead uses approved positions and qualified operators within the selected setup. Each person uses their own login and the correctly registered workstation computer. The app retains individual attribution. Scrap and held batteries do not count as finished good output; a handled-total message alone does not mean the MO is complete.

Record waiting, pause, or log out.
Use Waiting on previous station when upstream work is missing, Output full when the next operation cannot accept work, or Production stopped for another production problem. Use the displayed break controls for scheduled breaks and More actions → Pause work for a personal interruption. Waiting, active cycle, breaks, and stops are tracked separately. Before leaving, finish or record an authorized disposition for the in-hand battery, then choose Finish workstation and confirm. A completed operation can offer Finish and wait for the next MO; history is retained.

Stop a questionable unit or report downtime.
For an in-hand battery, use Report issue with this battery and confirm the affected scope, reason, and disposition. A held serial cannot advance until an authorized Quality or Line Lead decision releases, routes, or scraps it. Do not complete the battery to bypass a hold. Use Production stopped when the station cannot produce, select the appropriate category, and answer the displayed follow-up questions. End the stop only after the issue is cleared.

Staff and run the line
Open Production → Line control.
Review MO progress, queue, scrap, and the live Production time card. It separates total elapsed, productive, and paused time and shows output rate, ETA, and audited pause history.

Watch workstation pace.
Use Operator performance for each person’s current assignment, status, units, scrap, productive and paused labor time, units per labor hour, current cycle, and average/median/latest cycle against target. Released operators remain in the current MO history. Workstation cards provide the station-level sample count and P90.

Balance live material flow.
The flow board shows WIP, completed handoffs, staffing, capacity, oldest dwell, and active unit position at every operation. Address red Unstaffed or Blocked steps first; amber Starved means staffed capacity is waiting for upstream work. The bottleneck and finish estimate use current staffing plus observed or target cycle time.

Disposition quality holds.
In Quality holds & rework, review the unit, defect, reporting station, and time. Release returns it to production, Route to rework sends it to the selected earlier operation and requires that route again, and Scrap removes it from good output. Always enter the inspection result or decision note.

Classify downtime and review OEE.
Select a standardized category before pausing the line. A line pause always affects Availability. A workstation stop affects Availability only when it was marked as a real finished-output constraint; local-only losses remain visible for improvement analysis. Availability excludes planned breaks and changeovers from planned production time, Performance compares output to the recipe bottleneck cycle, and Quality compares good units with good plus scrap. Open losses can be cleared from the OEE & downtime card.

Handle staffing exceptions.
For runs using saved setups, the Line Lead assigns qualified operators centrally; operators confirm at their assigned computers. Self-assignment is available only when the run permits it. To plan several changes, choose qualified people on multiple workstation cards or use Plan move, then choose Review plan. Confirm the complete proposed roster, resolve any qualification or capacity conflicts, enter one reason, and choose Assign plan. The complete plan applies together or none of it does. Use Release after unit when someone must record in-hand work before leaving. Emergency unqualified assignments remain a separate password-authorized, audited action.

Change the live layout.
An active MO using a saved setup keeps its frozen operation-to-workstation mapping. Prepare a changed mapping for the next MO. Operator reassignments can occur after in-hand work is settled and the staffing plan is reviewed. Only use live-layout controls on runs that explicitly support them; a staffing change does not authorize changing a frozen setup.

Complete the MO.
After the target number of units has finished the routing’s final operation, confirm MO completion with a reason. The next queued MO becomes ready; start it when the line is clear.

Configure product route & workstations
Confirm physical capacity.
In Production lines & physical workstations, verify the production line parent has enough physical workstations. Create the physical lanes the line needs—Lane A, Lane B, Lane C, and so on—then assign every production workstation to one lane or Shared; Glue and Packing are normally Shared. Lane outlines automatically resize around their assigned workstations. The floor workspace expands for additional equipment and scrolls in both directions. Drag each workstation to its real floor position. For each upstream station, select every downstream station it can normally feed in the same lane. Shared stations may split to or merge from every lane. Ordinary cross-lane paths are not allowed because assemblers do not pass work between lanes. If a Line Lead physically moves a specific battery to another lane during production, use Transfer battery in Line Control and record the reason before it is scanned there. Choose Save layout once the complete normal-path map is correct. This is the physical arrangement, not a product route.

Define product material flow.
Review the read-only MRPeasy routing reference, then arrange the active operations from Start to Final operation. Multiple workstations in the same step are parallel alternatives—not extra serial operations. Assign each BOM component to the operation where it is issued.

Publish.
The server reloads the MRPeasy BOM before saving, preventing a browser from adding, removing, or changing approved parts. A new versioned recipe, parallel-safe material flow, routing reference, and process flow are saved; existing run snapshots remain unchanged. Legacy recipes display Revision required and cannot start a new MO until republished.

When MRPeasy changes the BOM.
Publish a new battery-recipe revision before starting the next MO. Start/queue compares the live MRPeasy BOM with the published recipe and lists added, removed, and changed components. A mismatch is blocked unless a Line Lead records an emergency override and reason.

If MRPeasy changes the BOM during an active MO.
The active MO continues with its immutable approved-parts snapshot; operator screens never switch parts mid-run. On the Line control, choose Check MRPeasy now to record the change. Review the physical disposition outside the app, then publish a new recipe revision before the next MO.

Review history.
In Production & audit history, filter closed runs by MO/SKU/product, line, production versus test data, or completion date. Open a run to compare operator and workstation timing, unit events, BOM snapshot, quality dispositions, and the line-impact classification for every downtime event. The unit log separates active touch, blocked, other paused, and wall time. Choose Export CSV to download the full audit record.

Analyze a product across runs.
Open Capacity & delivery planning → Process performance analysis, or choose Detailed analytics from Cycle-time standards. Select the product and filter by operation, operator, MO, date, and test-data status. Review average, median, P10, P90, variation, daily trend, blocked share, and recent cycle evidence. Operator ranking uses median active touch time with a minimum sample threshold; blocked time never counts against the operator, and the fastest stable result requires 10 consecutive samples.
