Material lots
Receipt, acceptance and recorded battery material history.
This ledger shows recorded material use. Approved station policies require the listed materials before an operation can finish. Orders without a policy remain outside that enforcement; missing records must still be investigated.

Submission awaiting confirmation
The original request is retained. Check its result using the same request identity before starting another submission.
Receive a component lot
New receipts remain quarantined until an authorized acceptance decision.
Record material installed
Choose the approved requirement for this operation, then scan or enter the battery serial. Mixed lots can be recorded as separate allocations up to the required quantity.
Accept or quarantine a lot
Approved material requirement
Use the reviewed order/BOM and operation evidence. A recorded requirement is retained; it is not edited after allocation.
Require material records at a station
Before any battery starts the order, approve the exact material requirement set for each governed operation. The recorded policy cannot be edited; later requirements cannot silently change it.
Associate a production line with this site
Requires approved site/line evidence. A line display name alone does not establish the facility identity.
Correct a mistaken installation entry
Use only for an entry mistake, never for physical component removal. The original entry remains visible with a linked correction. Completed governed production cannot be silently corrected here.
Record component stock scrap
Record unusable material still in component stock. This does not scrap a battery or return removed repair components to stock.
Physical component changes use the controlled rework workbench. Shipping containment and physical acceptance remain separate.
