Receive and accept material first. Link the exact receipt and order, then issue a named container to that order. Operators select issued stock when recording installation. Unused stock returns to its original container. Reconciliation records differences; it does not post adjustments to MRPeasy.

Use the internal numeric record ID from the reviewed MRPeasy record. The application shows its lot or order code after the read; a code such as MO00820 is not this numeric ID.

The MRPeasy lot code is separate from the manufacturer's or supplier's batch. Unknown source facts remain unknown.
